Shipments in the Netherlands will be delivered within 2 working days. Please note that shipments within Europe will take a few days longer.

Returns
When the delivered product(s) do not meet your expectations it is possible to return the product(s). Please send an email to returns@thestylecollection.com to arrange a return. The item should be returned with the original invoice within 7 working days after the day the product has been delivered to you. We aim to process your refund within 5 working days, please note that depending on the payment processing duration at your bank the creditation might take some additional days. When the returned product(s) have been received by Donchoo, you will receive a confirmation by email. Donchoo highly recommends using trackable mail or delivery confirmation. Without this, lost packages will not be refunded. If Donchoo has send you the wrong item or the item sent was defective, Donchoo will reimburse the shipment costs. The original price paid for the product(s) will be refunded.
Delivery charges will not be refunded. Donchoo will not accept returns for any items that are not in original,unused, unworn and resaleable condition. Make sure all returned products are send back exactly as you received them, with the identification tag still attached. Donchoo will only accept returned products that are shipped back to Donchoo within 7 working days from the day after the delivery date of your product.
